Excellent ,reliable, knowledgeable,friendly, helpful
As soon as I got out of my car,I was greeted by a salesman who put me at ease by being friendly,knowledgeable about the car I came to see..I am slightly disabled with a walking stick, so I am slow getting in and around the car but he was patient,which was good. i had a test run of the car which gave us timeto have a friendly chat and not just silence if I made mistakes. Result was I bought the car and received it yesterday.As there had been a very slight delay,I was lucky enough to have the car delivered to my house about half hour away.The paperwork was sorted and once more I inspected the car. Because of the weather conditions the salesman even apologised about marks on the mat..Result . Excellent Service ,Friendly but business like,giving the buyer confidence that this was tip top service and their was a surprise gift of sweets too from Bowens Garage.I will be recommending them. Well done
